    • Maintain accurate, real-time data within the ERP system to support planning and execution
    • Align procurement activities with production schedules to ensure material availability and on-time order fulfillment
    • Manage supplier relationships, including performance, delivery schedules, and issue resolution
    • Implement reporting tools such as expedite reports to proactively identify and mitigate potential delays
    • Reduce stockouts and excess inventory through dynamic planning and continuous system improvement
    • Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans, including secondary sourcing strategies
    • Drive supplier performance improvements through reviews, scorecards, and ongoing communication
    • Support development of outsourcing vendor frameworks to expand production capabilities
    • Analyze purchasing trends and implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment
    • Hands-on experience building or improving inventory planning systems and processes
    • Strong understanding of ERP systems and material planning functionality (NetSuite experience is a plus)
    • Experience managing supplier performance, delivery schedules, and cost optimization initiatives
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across production, engineering, and leadership teams

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary with strong growth potential
    • Opportunity to build and shape procurement systems from the ground up
    • High-impact role with direct influence on production and operational success
    • Collaborative and team-oriented work environment
    • Exposure to leadership and involvement in strategic initiatives
    • Stable organization with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction
    • Opportunity to contribute to a broader operational transformation
