Qualifications
Level of Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Years of Experience: Experienced Professional (5-10 years)
Type of Experience: Project management, sales support, contract negotiation, pricing analysis and comparisons; leading meetings with both internal and external teams
Language Skills: Capable of communicating efficiently and properly
Technical Competencies: Microsoft Office Products; ability to create Power Point presentations
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to build lasting relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task several initiatives at the same time
Ability to solve practical problems, think independently, and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Able to manage time effectively and work well under tight deadlines or without a deadline
Ability to interact with a multitude of various personalities and adjust accordingly.
Identify opportunities for a change in vendor, project, or product category and continually share needs and expectations.
Established analytical, problem solving, contract and negotiation skills
Familiarity with GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations) and how to efficiently partner with them
Information Systems: Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word and Adobe required
