    Job Description

    We are looking for an Intern to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

    The Procurement Operations Intern will work closely with our Head of Global Procurement on all day-to-day procurement functions. This is a great opportunity for an qualified individual who is currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Supply Chain (preferably), Finance, or other relevant fields of study.

    This is a in-office position and requires at least 20 hours a week as a minimum requirement, working at least 4 days a week from our Scottsdale, Arizona office. We will work with the finalist on the schedule based on academic requirements and class schedules.

    Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

    • Working on commercial contracts.
    • Implementing procurement plans and best practices.
    • Coordinating with cross-functioning teams on procedures.
    • Assist in prepare reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy, inventory, and overall activities.
    • Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • This individual must be raising into at least second year in a degree program (bachelor's OR master's) with an accredited academic institute.

    Experience:

    • Ability to interpret commercial/vendor contracts.
    • Understanding or familiarity of contract lifecycle process(es).
    • Understanding or familiarity with SaaS related contracts and concepts.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Effective organizational, planning and time management skills.
    • Must be self-motivated and keen to build and develop your own career through continuous learning.
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and/or keyboard.
    • Heavy methods of verbal and auditory communication via phone, virtual calls, and/or email.
