The EiRAM Group, a rapidly growing Woman-Owned, SBA-certified 8(a) small business, is seeking an experienced Procurement Policy Consultant to support a higher education institution’s centralized procurement operations.
This role is ideal for a senior procurement professional who enjoys policy development, process standardization, and change management and has experience navigating public-sector or higher-education procurement environments.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Lead procurement centralization and operating model development
Develop compliant procurement policies and procedures
Design standardized workflows, governance, and approval structures
Drive change management, training, and stakeholder adoption
Establish KPIs to measure procurement effectiveness and compliance
Support Oracle PeopleSoft eProcurement adoption (functional guidance only)
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Deep experience in procurement policy and transformation
Background in higher education or public-sector procurement
Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft eProcurement and cooperative purchasing programs
