    Regional Travel Manager - Americas

    We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Regional Travel Manager to join our Global Travel & Expense Team. This position will lead and optimize the Adobe regional Travel program across the Americas ensuring an outstanding traveler experience, strong program compliance, and high-performing supplier partnerships. They will proactively look for opportunities for automation, process improvements, and cost efficiency, while empowering employees to travel confidently and compliantly.

    Reporting to the Senior Manager overseeing Travel and Expense operations worldwide, this role covers all Americas markets (North, Central, and South America). It serves as the main travel program lead for the region.

    Adobe’s travel program exists to enable our people to do their best work - wherever that takes them. This role is central to ensuring every traveler feels supported, informed, and confident from booking to return.

    This role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Adobe’s end-to-end travel program for effective support and governance, including booking technology, policy, and processes.
    • Lead strategic global initiatives, ensuring adherence to global policies and local compliance requirements.
    • Champion travel policy adherence through proactive communication and education - helping travelers understand the intent behind program guidelines through targeted, timely communications across various platforms.

    Regional Program Leadership

    • Maintain strong internal relationships with key business partners to drive impactful results for the organization.
    • Coordinate the Executive Travel Program, proactively anticipating the needs of Adobe senior leaders and their assistants to deliver a seamless, white-glove travel experience.
    • Partner with the Adobe Preferred Travel Provider (Navan) to ensure effective daily tactical and overall strategic governance.
    • Identify and champion process improvements, with a focus on reducing friction in the booking-to-expense workflow and improving overall program engagement.
    • Establish and maintain a regular mechanism for collecting traveler feedback (e.g., post-trip surveys, advisory panels) and use insights to drive continuous program improvement.
    • Serve as a contact point for complex traveler issues, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution that maintains trust in the program.
    • Stay informed of industry and market trends, incorporating relevant innovations into the program to continuously elevate the traveler experience.

    Supplier Management

    • Manage regional travel supplier relationships across air, hotel, rail, and ground transport; lead RFP processes, rate negotiations, and SLA management to establish mutually beneficial partnerships, with service quality and reliability as key performance measures alongside cost.
    • Find opportunities for new or improved supplier partnerships; conduct quarterly business reviews to track performance against contractual commitments, including traveler happiness scores and on-trip service quality metrics.

    Data & Reporting

    • Monitor and analyze data trends and provide periodic reports as requested.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
    • Contribute to global dashboards to provide real-time insight into travel program performance and compliance metrics.
    • Track and report on traveler happiness metrics alongside cost and compliance data, surfacing the full picture of program health to leadership.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management, preferably with a regional scope in the Americas.
    • Strong understanding of travel processes, technology, and systems.
    • Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to extract insights from travel data; expertise in project and supplier management.
    • Demonstrated success influencing collaborators at the director level and above without direct authority.
    • Demonstrated capability to resolve traveler issues with empathy and urgency, facilitating cross-functional resolution and maintaining program trust.
    • Experience implementing traveler-facing communications, self-service tools, or support programs that measurably improved happiness or adoption.

    Preferred

    • Extensive travel sourcing and operations experience, including TMC management and meetings & events program oversight.
    • Industry certification such as GTP (Global Travel Professional) or CTE (Certified Travel Executive).
    • Experience with Navan would be an advantage.

    Location & Work Model

    Preferred location is Adobe offices in San Jose, San Francisco, Lehi, UT, or Denver. Hybrid work model with a requirement to be in the office 50% of the time.

    Expected Pay Range:
    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $75,900 -- $156,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $107,800 - $156,100 │ In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $86,000 - $124,550

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
