Job Overview
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (PTC) is seeking an experienced Procurement Tech Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management). The resource will support IT procurement operations, staff augmentation processes, vendor coordination, and SAP SRM transactional activities.
This role works closely with IT procurement teams, contracts and purchasing departments, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staff augmentation requisition process with internal stakeholders
Submit staff augmentation requisitions to external vendors
Create and manage shopping carts in SAP SRM
Process purchase order changes in SAP SRM
Assist IT team with shopping carts and goods receipts
Review and process monthly invoicing, change orders, and goods receipts
Maintain and validate IT dashboards and procurement data
Collaborate with technology teams, business owners, project sponsors, and vendors
Work independently while adhering to PTC policies, standards, and procedures
Utilize SAP SRM, SharePoint, Vendor Portal, and Microsoft tools
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SRM (Display, Shopping, Receiving)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Engagement Requirements
Must be located within the Continental United States
Must successfully pass ePATCH and National Criminal Background Checks
May be required to attend on-site IT or team meetings at PTC headquarters
PTC-issued equipment must be picked up in person at Middletown, PA (no travel reimbursement)
Overtime requires prior approval
Travel reimbursements (if applicable) must follow GSA guidelines
No additional travel compensation for resources within a 3-hour commuting distance
