    RECRUITMENT AND ENROLLMENT 

    • Aid all outreach and student recruitment efforts, including grassroots distribution of flyers in local neighborhoods, staffing of tables at community events, and researching potential local outreach opportunities. 
    • Schedule and execute effective tours for prospective families.
    • Supports logistics of enrollment events, such as open houses and enrollment days. 
    • Work closely with Student Recruitment and Family Engagement Manager to ensure quality customer service for incoming and current families in regards to the registration process, intent to return, and family engagement events. 
    • Support enrollment efforts by attending enrollment sessions, calling interested families, and assisting families with questions regarding the enrollment process.
    • Tracking and maintaining student recruitment and enrollment data to drive decisions on strategy.

    FAMILY ENGAGEMENT

    • Assist with parent and staff communication in order to support attendance and retention efforts. 
    • Facilitates family engagement initiatives on campus, including the Parent Teacher Organization. 
    • Provide a welcoming environment for our families and visitors.
    • Help with coordination of family engagement events, including parent-teacher conferences and literacy night.

    • Expert-level written and oral communication skills.
    • Demonstrated initiative and skills in the following areas: relationship and community building, stakeholder engagement, cultural competence, communication, conflict resolution, creativity, problem-solving, decision-making and time management.
    • Excellent organization skills and consistency in meeting deadlines.
    • Demonstrated flexibility and experience in effectively solving challenging problems through a positive, collaborative approach.
    • Entrepreneurial outlook and commitment to Prodeo Academy's mission.

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • A bachelor's or associate's degree with a GPA of at least 3.0 (or in-progress)
    • 1 to 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office or educational environment, working with students, parents and the community.
    • Experience in executing complex project logistics with a track record of strong results.
    • Strong attention to detail and desire to provide high-quality service.

     

    COMPENSATION Salary for this position is very competitive and commensurate with experience.
