    Prodigy Cabinetry is a contemporary mid-priced cabinetry manufacturer based in Greenville with the vision to bring cabinet manufacturing back to the U.S. Prodigy’s cabinet lines are manufactured in the heart of The Carolinas: Greenville, SC. Prodigy Cabinetry also has a division called Premium Choice Cabinetry that is an import line distributed out of the Greenville location.

There’s a friendly, family atmosphere at Prodigy – the kind you’ll only find at a local company. We are looking for an Accounts Payable and Purchasing Associate to join our team.

    This person will work with our accounting department to oversee our organization’s expenses. Accounts Receivables Specialist responsibilities include processing payments, verifying invoices and performing account reconciliations as needed. Ultimately, you will work with our accounting team to ensure our organization’s expenditures are accurate and our accounting practices are standardized across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

    Perform daily reconciliation of accounts to ensure financial data integrity.

    Process customer invoices, credit memos, and payment receipts in a timely manner.

    Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

    Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for accurate and efficient financial transactions and data analysis.

    Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status.

    Once A/R has been received, plan truck drivers routes

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

    Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and other relevant accounting software.

    Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in financial transactions.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Previous experience in accounts receivable roles.

    Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

    Demonstrated ability to work with speed without compromising accuracy.
