    A producer owns a project from start to finish and approaches every task with a sense of urgency, proactivity and organization. They manage production budgets, timelines, production partner searches, actualization and internal/external communications.

    What You’ll Do:

    Work with Brand and Project Management teams to manage the budget, timeline and deliverables of a project both internally and with external partners

    Analyze the creative idea to determine the best plan for production and raise flags in a constructive manner

    Collaborate with Creative, Brand and Business Affairs from initial briefing to completion of production

    Lead searches for a director, editor, music house, photographer, etc.

    Lead production of TV, radio, video, digital and social content from beginning to end

    Evaluate, solicit bids from and negotiate with vendor partners

    Work closely with production partners for video and print shoots to ensure seamless execution of creative and client visions

    Work closely with Business Affairs to negotiate talent rates, clearances, copyright issues and usage rights

    Anticipate blockers and effectively communicate solutions with internal teams and vendor partners

    Maintain constant communication to provide status updates on schedule, budget and deliverable(s)

    Discover and/or manage vendors that will deliver the highest-quality product

    Keep project assets organized and up to date

    What You Bring:

    At least 3+ years of production experience at an agency

    Overall knowledge of film, art/photo and digital capabilities/nomenclature

    Understanding of art production workflow relating to working with photographers, illustrators, typographers, image licensing and retouching

    Proactive and willing to try new ways of working

    Knowledge of AICP and AICE guidelines

    Knowledge of union vs. non-union talent negotiations

    Knowledge of industry rates and best practices

    Understanding of creative process within an agency

    Resourceful, positive, do-what-it-takes attitude and willingness to learn

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Strong interpersonal and client service skills

    Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

    Anticipate project needs and potential problems

    Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

    Ability to master Google Workspace, Slack, Dropbox, Smartsheet and Workamajig quickly
