    CereCore is seeking a Product Analyst – Consulting Level to join our team in Nashville, TN.

    Overview

    The Product Analyst / Consulting-Level reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. In this role you will be part of a team that delivers Healthcare IT applications. Team is Denial Notification Application (DNA) and app is now almost 2 years old. Main goal of project is to come off MIDAS, an external product that will be sunsetted by mid 2026. DNA application will be taking over a piece of what MIDAS was used for. In addition to that, there is a lot of investment being put into DNA to expand it's features and capabilities beyond just current denial notifications.

    Responsibilities

    • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
    • Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
    • Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
    • Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
    • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

    Requirements

    • 7-10+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or other closely related work.
    • Expert on Technical Requirements & Workflow Documentation (functional and non-functional specifications, use cases/user stories)
    • Expert Requirements Elicitation & Stakeholder Management
    • Strong Technical Acumen with Business Alignment
    • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
    • Willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise specific requirements
    • Ability to handle tasks and self motivate and prioritize based on needs and communication from leadership.
