We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives. This role will help ensure consistent messaging across all channels, assist with content creation, and work closely with various departments to maintain clear and effective communication strategies.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and distribute internal newsletters, press releases, and official communications
Support public relations efforts, including media outreach and coordination
Coordinate internal communication projects with HR and leadership
Maintain and update communication calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Assist in developing presentations and reports for company announcements
Monitor brand consistency across all communication materials
Provide support during events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1–3 years of experience in communications, coordination, or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content creation tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
