Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design intuitive workflows from problem definition through polished UI.
- Build and refine prototypes in Figma, using design system components to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
- Help define our design process and improve cross-team collaboration.
- Conduct or participate in usability testing, research, and synthesis to understand real user pain points.
- Present and explain your work to stakeholders in ways that build confidence and alignment.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, component libraries, and visual language.
Job Duties

- Delivers excellence in Figma: You prototype with precision, organize your work for others, and build within component systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or complex software environments.
- A portfolio that shows process, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong grasp of UX patterns, accessibility best practices, and responsive UI design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B or multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with component-based front-end development (React, Storybook, etc.)
- Background in user research or behavioral psychology
- Experience with AI-enhanced design workflows or prototyping tools
