    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to design intuitive workflows from problem definition through polished UI.
    • Build and refine prototypes in Figma, using design system components to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
    • Help define our design process and improve cross-team collaboration.
    • Conduct or participate in usability testing, research, and synthesis to understand real user pain points.
    • Present and explain your work to stakeholders in ways that build confidence and alignment.
    • Contribute to the evolution of our design system, component libraries, and visual language.

    • Presents confidently: You can walk executives or customers through a clickable prototype and clearly communicate your thinking.
    • Delivers excellence in Figma: You prototype with precision, organize your work for others, and build within component systems.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • 2-4 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or complex software environments.
    • A portfolio that shows process, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
    • Strong grasp of UX patterns, accessibility best practices, and responsive UI design.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with B2B or multi-tenant SaaS platforms
    • Familiarity with component-based front-end development (React, Storybook, etc.)
    • Background in user research or behavioral psychology
    • Experience with AI-enhanced design workflows or prototyping tools
