The Product Development Coordinator plays a key mid-level role in supporting new product launches, from concept through commercialization. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams—including marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and design—to drive timelines, vendor communication, and project execution. You’ll ensure our brand portfolio continues to deliver quality and innovation to market quickly and effectively.

Coordinate new product development projects across assigned brand(s)
Maintain and update project timelines, critical paths, and action plans
Liaise with vendors and suppliers on packaging, formulations, and samples
Support regulatory and quality documentation for product submissions
Track costings, component orders, and sample approvals
Collaborate with marketing on product copy, visuals, and go-to-market assets
Assist in conducting competitive research and trend analysis
Report regularly to Product Development Manager on milestones and risks

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or related field
2–4 years of experience in consumer goods, beauty, wellness, or similar industries
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and follow-up skills with vendors and internal teams
Detail-oriented with an understanding of timelines and compliance needs
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; project management tools a plus
Passion for innovation, consumer trends, and fast-paced environments
