Job Description

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will develop and design manufactured products in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new products in the Nutritional Supplement area as directed by Business Development
• Work closely with QA, Manufacturing and Regulatory
• Lead efforts for process/product improvement
• Characterize raw materials used in new and existing products

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, pharmaceutical development or other scientific discipline
• Familiarity with nutritional supplement solid dose production processes and materials
• Fully Bilingual ( English & Spanish Preferred )
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Strong Math and statistical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly developed attention to detail

Working conditions

The duties of this role are conducted in an office environment.

Work somewhat close to other people, may have to share office space with co-workers.

Standard 40-hour work week, but must be open to working weekends if necessary.

Physical requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
