    We’re seeking a Product Engineer who is eager to lead and optimize products throughout their lifecycle. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape product performance, quality, and innovation while collaborating across departments to bring ideas from concept to market. Your work will directly support both engineering and customer-facing teams to drive success on all fronts.

    What You’ll Do

    • Design detailed 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks to support manufacturing and QA.
    • Manage product revisions and lifecycle updates with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Conduct rigorous testing to analyze product performance, durability, and usability.
    • Partner with Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing to refine designs and ensure production excellence.
    • Develop product documentation, including installation guides, reference materials, and web/catalog content.
    • Provide technical training and support to Sales, Customer Service, and customers.
    • Lead internal training sessions and maintain product FAQs.
    • Mentor interns and junior engineers as future associate engineers.
    • Travel occasionally to support product validation and collaboration.

    What You Bring

    • Engineering expertise in mold manufacturing, injection molding, and machining processes.
    • Proficiency in SolidWorks for both 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
    • Deep understanding of GD&T, surface finishes, and engineering drawing standards.
    • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to production.
    • Strong ability to collaborate across departments like Procurement, Manufacturing, QC, and Marketing.
    • Background in automotive, medical, or packaging plastics is a strong plus.
