Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a management role designing innovative products
- Experience working on micro scale or working with tight tolerances
- Experience leading and working with technical staff
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experienced in engineering design & simulation software
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
