JOB DESCRIPTION:

Product Lead – Population Health Experience: 7–9 Years | Type: Contract Location: Remote (USA)

Role Summary & Responsibilities:

The Product Lead – Population Health will define and drive population health data product strategy and delivery. This role partners with product, architecture, and delivery teams to build scalable analytics solutions supporting clinical workflows, care management, and healthcare finance. Responsibilities include translating business needs into data solutions, supporting enterprise data warehouse initiatives, leading technology transformation projects, and driving agile execution while engaging senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent

7–9 years of relevant experience in healthcare technology

Strong expertise in Population Health Management

Domain knowledge in Clinical Workflows, Care Management, or Healthcare Finance

Data analytics experience using SQL and platforms such as Snowflake or GCP

Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse design or implementation

Proven leadership in technology transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
