    What You'll Do

    Aristocrat is seeking a Product Management Coordinator with strong administrative skills and a keen interest in gaming and the product management discipline. This role will provide crucial support to product management and development teams by coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, and managing schedules. The successful candidate will understand the needs of our customers and internal teams while coordinating activities. The Product Management Coordinator will interact with a broad spectrum of internal customers across all departments, facilitating communication and coordination of product activities. As well as being responsible for routine administrative tasks, this role will also assist in product management duties, such as dependency alignment, backlog prioritization, and live issue resolution support.

    This individual will work closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure our goals are met. This role will underpin Aristocrat's ongoing mission to maintain a dominant position in the market through effective and efficient product strategy implementation.

    What We're Looking For

    Job Requirements (What you’ll do)

    • Manage calendars, plan meetings and events, prepare reports, and provide general support to product and engineering teams.

    • Initiate and help drive completion of key deliverables through tracking, reporting, and coordinating related events.

    • Gather and record meaningful insights, action items, and analyze outcomes from meetings and events.

    • Organize and prepare product management artifacts, such as roadmaps, decision logs, or presentations.

    • Collaborate with product management teams in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps and requirements.

    • Support product management and engineering through clear and organized documentation of deliverables, tasks, and event schedules.

    • Execute multiple concurrent initiatives, each with unique stakeholders, coordinating dependencies between each.

    • Be the point of contact between various teams and stakeholders, including executive leadership, providing updates and reports as needed.

    Qualifications (What we’re looking for)

    • 5+ years in an administrative role, preferably within a technology team or similar function.

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.

    • Familiarity with software projects and product management tools, including Jira and Aha.

    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

    • High attention to detail and ability to gather meaningful insights from a meeting, process, or document.

    • Ability to maintain and organize comprehensive documents and reports on various product initiatives.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Experience working in or with Agile development teams.

    • Interest in or professional exposure to the gaming industry, slot gameplay mechanics, or software/game development.

    • Understanding of product management principles and interest in developing skills in the discipline.

    • Experience working in cross-functional teams, especially with software developers, project managers, and product managers.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.

    Pay Range

    $67,470-$125,301

    Pay Rate Type: Salary

    Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
