    Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 Per Year

    Schedule: Full Time | Direct Hire

    Setting: Clinical Laboratory / Diagnostic Testing

    A clinical diagnostic organization specializing in laboratory testing, assay development, and precision diagnostic solutions.

    Position Summary / Responsibilities

    • Manage the full diagnostic assay lifecycle including requirements gathering, launch readiness, evidence generation, and post-launch updates
    • Translate complex scientific and clinical information into clear, customer-oriented messaging and educational materials
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, laboratory operations, research and development, sales teams, and external partners
    • Support product positioning, promotional development, customer engagement, and sales training initiatives
    • Conduct market research and synthesize scientific trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights into strategic recommendations
    • Support marketing campaigns across digital platforms, speaker programs, events, and customer communications
    • Engage with key opinion leaders and subject matter experts to support evidence generation and product development initiatives
    • Communicate product plans, updates, and performance effectively to senior leadership

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field required
    • 2 to 4 years of clinical or IVD product management experience preferred
    • Strong scientific writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information
    • Understanding of diagnostic assays, laboratory workflows, and commercialization processes
    • Experience with clinical laboratory products, LDTs, IVDs, or diagnostic testing environments preferred
    • Knowledge of GI, immunology, precision diagnostics, therapeutic drug monitoring, or biomarker-guided testing preferred
    • Working knowledge of CLIA, CAP, FDA, or related regulatory frameworks strongly preferred
    • Ability to travel domestically up to 15%
