    ** The Opportunity**

    Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world and a primary revenue generator for Adobe. The product management team focuses on making Adobe.com a world class experience for all site visitors and ensures the site is meeting its revenue and retention goals. Working with team members across Adobe.com, design, and engineering, you will contribute to the strategic and future direction of Adobe.com. Using both search engine optimization & the newly discovered generative engine optimization, the goal is to connect customers to Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Lightroom, and any app that they may need to fuel creativity.

    Our team is responsible for defining key opportunities, based on data, and working alongside our Design, Content Publishing, Platform and Engineering teams to develop innovative experiences, optimizing for both SEO & GEO.

    As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in crafting GEO-led content strategies that align with customer intent, search and industry trends, and Adobe’s broader marketing goals. You will collaborate with marketing teams and ensure the strategies align to the team and business big bets.

    ** What you'll Do**

    • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and standard methodologies to find opportunities for to drive GEO strategy across digital media teams.
    • We partner with analytics & insights teams to research search intent and demand, using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, LLM Optimizer.
    • Collaborate with SEO partners and marketing teams optimize existing and lead the creation of new content. Align customer needs with GEO/search standard methodologies - driving increase in citations and brand visibility.
    • Analyze GEO performance, identifying key trends, reporting on impact, and spotting opportunities to scale initiatives.
    • We stay ahead of LLM-powered search evolution and new advancements in marketplace around tools, technical set up and emerging opportunities.
    • Develop roadmap and adjust processes for integrating GEO priorities. Prioritize (and re-prioritize) work against roadmap.
    • Good understanding of business and product strategy as we present and influence decision making at the Director level.

    ** What's needed to succeed**

    • MBA or equivalent experience preferred or BA/BS with minimum of 2 years product management or equivalent business experience
    • Proficiency in on-page SEO, including keyword optimization, structured content, and user-focused search experiences. Experience with GEO in conjunction with SEO.
    • Organized, self starter, and results driven mentality to track all concurring GEO experiences and tests.
    • A creative mind that loves to problem solve and isn’t afraid to propose an out of the box solution!
    • Familiarity with all elements of product (end to end) life cycles.
    • Strong skills to build, manage issue resolution, and mitigate risk for product roadmap.
    • Experience working with complex problems and open-ended projects with ambiguous or ill-defined details.
    • Ability to analyze keyword trends, forecast performance, and report on core SEO/GEO metrics.
    • Ability to easily move between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,000 -- $197,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
