Qualifications  
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in food science or marketing
- Previous experience in product management or development within the food or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is essential
- A solid understanding of food production processes, food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP), costing, and quality systems is required
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
