    As a Product Manager, you will lead both product planning and marketing, managing the full lifecycle of a product from concept to launch. You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer needs, translating insights into compelling product strategies and delivering solutions that stand out in the market.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Take ownership of the Cosmo product line and make data-driven decisions

    Develop product manuals, packaging artwork, carton and product labels, and ensure consistent logo placement across all materials.

    Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure accurate and compelling online product representation.

    Support customer service and after-sales teams by addressing questions about product issues, defects, or improvement areas and relaying inquiries to overseas factories.

    Communicate extensively with overseas factories regarding new product development, updates, and improvements.

    Review and test product samples to evaluate new developments and market fit.

    Analyze product defects, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to management for quality improvements.

    Qualifications:

    High School diploma or equivalent, required.

    Minimum of 2 year of customer service/customer relations experience

    Industry experience (plus but not required)

    Technologically/Mechanically savvy

    Written and Oral Communication Skills

    Detail-Oriented

    Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving skills

    Proficiency in English (Bilingual is a plus)

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (plus)

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
