Job Description
For this project, the selected candidate will:
- Interview customers to identify pain points and opportunities for streamlining.
- Use AI tools to summarize and distill insights from customer conversations.
- Translate feedback into actionable direction for the software (via natural language tools).
- Set up and maintain software/product processes to reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with the engineering team by gathering and communicating customer feedback.
- Manage projects and track progress using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
