Job Description

For this project, the selected candidate will:

• Interview customers to identify pain points and opportunities for streamlining.
• Use AI tools to summarize and distill insights from customer conversations.
• Translate feedback into actionable direction for the software (via natural language tools).
• Set up and maintain software/product processes to reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with the engineering team by gathering and communicating customer feedback.
• Manage projects and track progress using Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• Solid product management and project management experience.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies and market research.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred skills include: Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Devin, as well as exposure to UI/UX practices.

Nice to have:

• Provide input on UI/UX improvements that enhance usability.

Additional Information

Work details:

• Expected time commitment is at least 30 hours per week for at least the next 6 months.
• Role had potential to evolve into a longer-term opportunity.
• Must be able to overlap at least 50% of working hours with EST business hours to collaborate with the internal teams.
• Flexible project-based workload; expected to take initiative in shaping the product’s future direction.
