    Are you energized by identifying market opportunities, shaping product strategy, and delivering value to customers in the injection molding industry?

    We’re looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the development and management of our molding solutions portfolio. This is a hybrid role that combines the flexibility of remote work with on-site collaboration, offering the best of both worlds for productivity and work-life balance.

    In this high-visibility role, you’ll take ownership of identifying new product opportunities, driving go-to-market strategies, and building a comprehensive offering that complements our core mold bases and components. You’ll work across departments and with external partners to help injection molders operate more efficiently and competitively.

    What You’ll Do

    Product Development & Strategy

    • Identify gaps in the market and uncover new product opportunities.
    • Research emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation.
    • Evaluate third-party partnerships and licensing opportunities.
    • Conduct product-market fit analysis, competitive positioning, and business case development.

    Business Management

    • Manage the full product lifecycle from introduction through discontinuation.
    • Set pricing strategies and deliver annual revenue, profitability, and asset plans.
    • Monitor sales performance, market response, and profitability metrics.

    Marketing & Sales Support

    • Develop go-to-market strategies and positioning for new and existing products.
    • Train sales and marketing teams to effectively present product value.
    • Contribute to the creation of marketing tools, sales collateral, and product catalog updates.
    • Support digital presence, including e-commerce and online product representation.

    General Responsibilities

    • Participate in trade shows and industry events as needed.
    • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and special initiatives.
    • Travel occasionally for site visits, meetings, or industry events.


    What You Bring

    • 3+ years of experience in the injection molding industry.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Technical discipline.
    • Strong understanding of injection molding processes and auxiliary equipment.
    • Familiarity with both technical and commercial practices in the molding sector.
    • Experience with market research, go-to-market strategy, and competitive analysis.
    • Deep business acumen, with the ability to track KPIs, ROI, and financial performance.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong computer skills, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
    • High level of integrity to manage confidential information and sensitive plans.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
