    Job Description

    The VBP Product Manager will support the development and execution of product strategies to drive business growth and meet a series of end-user needs by working in tight collaboration with the appropriate clinical discipline team to ensure alignment with clinical requirements and best-practices, right care models, and value-based care outcomes.

    The Product Manager will collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams, including clinical, product, value realization, tech and engineering, program management, and data insights and analytics to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver the VBP solution to launch, assessing impact and continuing to build, enhance and innovate products based on key data insights.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain a strategic product vision aligned with business goals, supported by market research and competitive analysis. Develop and manage a dynamic product roadmap with prioritized features, milestones, and timelines.
    • Requirements & Development Oversight: Gather and document business, user, and compliance requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications. Oversee agile product development to ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets specifications.
    • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across clinical, technical, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Act as the central point for approvals, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
    • Risk & Resource Management: Identify and mitigate development and adoption risks while managing resources to maintain focus on priorities without disruption.
    • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs to assess product success and guide enhancements. Lead retrospectives and integrate feedback to drive ongoing product and process improvements.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
    • OR four (4) additional years of directly related experience

    Experience:

    • Seven (7) years of experience in product management or related roles

    Required certifications or licensures

    • Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., APM, PO/PM, SAFe)

    Preferred Technical Competencies

    • Product Strategy & Delivery: Demonstrated success in building and managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and delivering impactful products as a Product Analyst or Product Owner.
    • Agile & Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices, with hands-on proficiency in tools like Jira, Figma, Mural, Miro, and Confluence

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Experienced in forming and guiding teams, setting clear agreements, KPIs, and goals to drive alignment and performance
    • Experience collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships
    • Passion for innovation and enhancing customer experiences, particularly in healthcare settings within multi-payer and multi-provider ecosystems

    Additional Information

    Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $127,500 - $168,300 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
