    Position Summary:

    In this Product Manager-Power and Thermal Management role, you will be responsible for the success, vision, and strategy of the products as well as understanding user needs, setting the roadmap, and working with engineering. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of these products to ensure integrity and consistency in robust and resilient adoption. He/she will serve as the internal and external product champion for the North America region, analyze & specify market needs, understand industry problems, find innovative solutions, and establish go-to-market plans for the products. As the product owner, this role will require a high level of commercial judgement to achieve the desired business outcomes. You will be responsible for creating strong working relationships and influence across executive leadership, engineering, marketing, and other functional groups. This role will also be responsible for identifying and managing potential partner relationships for the product ecosystem.

    Job qualification guidelines:

    • BSEE, BSME, or similar plus 5+ years of experience in related products and product management methods.
    • Technical and Commercial understanding of Power and Thermal Management products
    • Experience conducting research, data analysis, planning, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking
    • Understanding of Power Electronics, including AC/DC converter, DC/DC converter, DC/AC inverter, batteries, battery chargers, AC and DC Motor Drives for various industries, including Industrial Logistics, E-mobility, Energy, Agriculture, Medical, Lighting, and Automation
    • Understanding the DC axial Fan, EC Fan, Liquid Cooling Solution, HPAM, Pump device, and solenoid products.
    • Effective presentation skills in front of customers
    • Able to travel out of state and country 20-30%
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at the same time
    • Highly motivated self-starter with time management skills
    • Knowledge of sales tools, including slide deck for commercial training & customer-facing presentations.
    • Ability to provide support at trade shows & promotional events

    Note: To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as work experience, education/training, key skills, and other considerations.
