This is not a backlog babysitting role. We are looking for a Product Manager who thinks in vision, speaks in outcomes, and executes with precision. Someone who can see the big picture, break it into meaningful increments, and drive real business impact. Good knowledge of ServiceNow is important for this role. Having worked in a ServiceNow environment, understanding processes and capability within ServiceNow modules. 

In this role, you will:

• Define and champion product strategy that aligns with business architecture and long term growth
• Own the roadmap and balance quick wins with scalable, strategic initiatives
• Partner closely with engineering, stakeholders, and value stream leaders to deliver meaningful solutions
• Turn customer insight and performance data into prioritized, high impact features
• Prepare for PI Planning with clarity and confidence
• Manage risk, technical debt, compliance considerations, and non functional requirements without losing sight of value
