What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full product lifecycle for fluid management capital equipment

• Develop and execute strategies for new product innovation

• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning R&D, marketing, engineering, and sales

• Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to drive decisions

• Train internal teams and support surgeon education on product usage

About You

• Be able to do the job as described

• Experience with arthroscopic fluid management systems is required

• Comfortable working with cadaveric specimens for training and development

• Skilled public speaker with a strong command of product presentations

• Able to travel up to 25%
