    Compensation: $142,500 – $204,700 Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager – Technical with deep expertise in network procurement , lease management , and ERP systems to lead strategic transformation initiatives. This role is a high-impact individual contributor position, interfacing between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions that optimize procurement and real estate lease processes within a telecom network environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Product Ownership

    • Define and execute product vision and roadmap for network procurement and lease management systems.

    • Manage full product lifecycle: requirements gathering, documentation, prioritization, testing, and deployment.

    • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories with measurable outcomes.

    • Lead tool/vendor evaluations, especially within the ERP and real estate systems space.

    • Ensure compliance, scalability, and usability of procurement and asset management tools.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Act as the central point of contact for procurement-related systems and solutions.

    • Collaborate across supply chain, finance, real estate, and IT stakeholders to drive roadmap alignment.

    • Communicate effectively with executives and present product plans and performance at SVP level.

    Process & Data Optimization

    • Identify and implement improvements in lease tracking, utilities procurement, and commercial real estate management.

    • Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and dashboards (Snowflake, SQL).

    • Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP Ariba, ZIP).

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    • 7+ years of product management experience , preferably in telecom or large-scale procurement environments.

    • Proven success building product roadmaps in network infrastructure or lease management domains.

    • Strong command of ERP platforms like SAP Ariba , Oracle Cloud , or similar procurement tools.

    • Experience with real estate systems , lease/asset tracking, and telecom infrastructure procurement.

    Technical & Tool Proficiency

    • Jira, Confluence, and roadmap management tools

    • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions

    • Basic understanding of SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks (not a data role, but must understand workflows)

    Soft Skills

    • Executive presence with ability to present to SVP-level stakeholders

    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills

    • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Background

    • Experience with procurement in network operations : cell towers, backhaul, utility management

    • Knowledge of commercial real estate lease systems and compliance processes

    • Previous work in telecom or mobile network environments
