We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement to ensure the success of our product portfolio. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand customer needs, define value propositions, and translate product capabilities into compelling market stories.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
· Own product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation across the portfolio.
· Understand and be able to communicate effectively about our entire product portfolio, including feature set, functionality, and competitive differentiators.
· Develop smart go-to-market plans and campaigns with internal stakeholders.
· Create and manage marketing collateral, including product datasheets, presentations, web content, videos, social media, and case studies.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and marketing programs.
· Support the sales team with training, tools, and messaging to drive product adoption and close opportunities.
· Track and analyze performance of product marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
· Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering insights and translating them into actionable strategies.
· Represent the company and product line at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
· A minimum of 5 years of related experience
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
· Project Management skills – able to effectively complete multiple projects simultaneously
· Flexibility and Adaptability – able to roll with changing circumstances and priorities based on business needs
· Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
· Graphic design experience preferred
· Knowledge of Marketing and Branding Concepts an asset
· Strong knowledge of social media and product campaigns
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Creative mind, energy, and ideas
· Outgoing, and excited about growing company and increasing market share
Location
This position is located in El Paso, TX. Daily commute to office located in Juarez, MX.
