    Job Description

    Are you passionate about blending research, strategy, and storytelling to drive growth? As Product Marketing Manager at Daxko , you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our brands show up in the fitness, health, and wellness industry. You’ll turn insights into strategy, strategy into action, and action into measurable success.

    You’ll serve as the go-to expert on our markets, customers, and competitors—arming our Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams with the intelligence and strategies they need to win. This role is perfect for someone who’s highly organized, curious by nature, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    What You’ll Do

    • Become an expert on Daxko’s markets—understanding competitors, influencers, and target audiences inside and out.
    • Lead market research initiatives that uncover key industry trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
    • Develop and execute annual intelligence strategies designed to position Daxko for complete market ownership.
    • Translate insights into actionable assets, reports, and recommendations that empower our Brand Managers and go-to-market teams.
    • Support go-to-market strategies across Daxko Exchange, partnerships, and corporate offerings.
    • Create compelling presentations and reports for our Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team.
    • Collaborate with peers across Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution excellence.
    • Develop bold strategies that WOW the market and elevate our brand presence in the health and wellness space.

    What You Bring

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on strategic planning, brand management, or product marketing.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and a solid understanding of market research concepts and JTBD/ODI methodology.
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional results.

    Additional Information

    The pay range for this role is $93,300 - $125,000 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. __ We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
