Job Description
We’re hiring a full-time Product Marketing Manager who thrives in a collaborative, innovative, and analytically rigorous environment. In this role, you’ll drive meaningful growth for our clients by owning acquisition strategies, testing models, and continuously optimizing performance. You will develop and executing strategies for launching and growing products, including defining positioning, messaging, and targeting. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders—so strong communication and critical thinking skills are a must.
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, excels at client delivery, and is excited to contribute to the growth of our consulting practice.

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
