    What we are looking for Consiglieri is seeking an organized, self-motivated Program Manager to work with the Product Marketing team at our largest client, a “Magnificent Seven” technology brand. The Program Manager will partner to drive the creation and development of content for the Product Marketing organization. Specifically, their initial assignment is leading the development of a new website in support of a key product launch. The best candidates will have experience in the end-to-end development of digital content and campaigns, from strategy through briefing, development, and execution. They’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative, Production, and Development leads – internally and externally – to drive web content strategy, ensure projects stay on time, deliver expected results, and stay on budget. They’ll be strong communicators, able to succinctly express points, lead meetings with multi-level teammates, and present confidently in front of executives. This role will be 100% remote, but there may be times when the individual is required to attend in-person meetings at the client’s office (San Francisco Bay Area) or travel for related production. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary liaison with the external website development partner, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards, while managing ongoing communication and issue resolution • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, create comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, and monitor progress, risks, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle • Manage the development, approval, and integration of all website content, partnering with both internal teams and the vendor to ensure content quality, positive consumer sentiment, and platform compatibility • Monitor change requests, secure necessary approvals, and maintain thorough documentation of scope changes and project decisions Qualifications: • 5-8 years of product marketing program management experience, with at least half of that experience in spearheading website and related digital initiatives and deliveries • Experience developing strategies for digital frameworks, including key selling points, feature prioritization, and overall consumer goals, and briefing creative/agency partners to deliver content against the strategy • Understanding of the website development process and general timing, from briefing through design, front- and back-end development, and deployment, as well as relevant CMS and hosting considerations • Experience partnering with and managing timelines alongside external creative and development partners • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks • Great at building trust and communicating openly – you partner well with others and keep teams seamlessly moving forward • Comfortable navigating uncertainty with a calm, solution-oriented mindset • Expertise working across multiple teams and departments, collaborating with people at all levels to get projects done
