    About The Role:

    We are searching for a driven Product Officer who can help shape and execute ONErpm products. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the organization, the ability to translate creative and business needs into clear product direction, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving industry. The ideal candidate understands the big picture of how music products impact creators and audiences, while maintaining a sharp eye for detail in product requirements, delivery, and performance.

    Responsibilities :

    Drive product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for ONErpm products, ensuring quality standards are defined and upheld.

    Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics, with built-in quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria.

    Conduct product discovery through user research, industry insights, and competitive analysis to inform both product direction and quality expectations.

    Collaborate with teams to ship high-quality, reliable features that meet both creative and technical standards.

    Support go-to-market planning and feature launch activities, ensuring products are release-ready and aligned with quality and user experience standards.

    Measure product performance and quality indicators, iterating based on user data, feedback, and operational insights.

    Act as a subject-matter expert on customer needs and quality expectations within the music industry.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • 6+ years in product management or related roles.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Music Business, Entertainment Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    • Experience in music tech, music platforms, streaming, or related music products.

    • Strong analytical and communication skills.

    • Comfortable working with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.

    • Ability to translate music industry trends into product decisions.

    Preferred

    • Experience with music distribution, rights management, streaming analytics, or artist platforms.

    • Worked in music tech, labels, publishers, or music services.

    • Coursework or background in music industry studies, digital media, or technology-driven products.
