    Compensation: $100K–$160K base + equity

    About the role
    We’re hiring a Product & Operations Associate as an early member of the operations team at a fast-growing AI company focused on video data. You’ll help build and scale the company’s data operations from the ground up: sourcing high-quality datasets, building human workflows, and supporting the engineering team so they can move faster. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with a mix of technical and non-technical work.

    What you’ll do

    • Own projects that expand and improve the company’s data operations

    • Forge data partnerships with content owners and other data providers

    • Find creative ways to source new, high-quality video datasets

    • Help build and scale a distributed human workforce to support data labeling and QA

    • Design and refine human QA processes to meet quality and throughput targets

    • Work closely with engineers and leadership to prioritize operational work against product needs

    • Track and report key metrics across data pipeline, quality, and delivery

    • Contribute to long-term strategy for how the company acquires and manages data at scale

    What we’re looking for

    • Excellent general problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguous, open-ended work

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

    • Willingness to work in person at the San Francisco HQ (this is not a remote role)

    • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

    Nice to have

    • At least 1 year of hands-on software engineering experience

    • Experience owning or leading operations work at an AI or data-focused company

    • Experience as an early hire at a startup and comfort wearing multiple hats
