The Product Operations team is responsible for ensuring that the Global Streaming Product and Design teams are as effective and efficient as possible. As part of the Process and Tools team on Product Operations, you will be responsible for transforming the Global Streaming Product Development Lifecycle into a well-oiled, AI-enabled engine. Our team owns the processes, tools, frameworks and team coordination that power product development, align strategy with execution, and empower Product Managers and Designers to work smarter.
We’re seeking a strategic, systems-minded Product Operations Manager to drive the evolution of our tooling ecosystem across Product and Technology. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for optimizing, automating, and simplifying workflows – from ideation through roadmapping and capacity tracking. You’ll lead efforts to reduce tech debt, enhance efficiency, and integrate AI-driven solutions, working closely with Product Ops, Portfolio Ops, Product Managers, and UX teams to ensure our tools (including Airtable and Jira) enable seamless collaboration and scale.
