    • Act as the primary proxy-PO in daily Scrum activities, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
    • Define non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, auditability, and resilience.
    • Track product performance via key metrics (e.g., process cycle time reduction, ROI, error rates).
    • Report progress and insights to leadership and adjust roadmap as necessary.
    • Stay current on automation technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Camunda, etc.) and industry best practices.
    • Champion iterative improvements through retrospectives and stakeholder feedback loops.

    Qualifications (Required)

    • Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, OR Business Administration, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) with a strong technical focus
    • Experience: 3–5 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role delivering automation or enterprise software products.
    • Agile & Scrum: Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
    • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with RPA platforms (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism), workflow engines (Camunda, Apache Airflow), and API integrations.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
    • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

    Preferred Skills

    • Certification as Scrum Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO) or Agile Practitioner.
    • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG) or CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
