Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field

Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and user story development.

Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams.

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily scrums.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Salesforce platform and application lifecycle management.

Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and project tracking.

Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.

Knowledge of licensing, regulatory, or compliance-based systems.

Experience in government or public sector projects (preferred).

Knowledge of Cannabis Regulatory Industry (highly preferred).
