Our founding team earned the NEI "Top Innovative Practice" Award for groundbreaking work in nuclear machine learning, and we're building the future of nuclear operations technology.

We create purpose-built AI solutions that work the way nuclear does: precise, compliant, and built to scale. Our platform is trusted by nuclear facilities across North America, and we're constantly innovating to solve the industry's most challenging problems.

    The Opportunity

We're seeking a hands-on Product Owner who will drive innovation from concept to delivery. You'll help identify opportunities for new AI-powered solutions in nuclear operations, define product strategies, lead development teams through agile sprints, and ensure successful delivery to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of nuclear technology while working with industry experts and cutting-edge AI.

    • Create business cases and ROI models for new product development
    • Build proof-of-concepts and MVPs to validate product ideas with customers

    Scrum Leadership & Execution

    • Run daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions
    • Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria that capture complex nuclear workflows
    • Manage sprint velocity and ensure teams deliver on commitments
    • Remove blockers and facilitate communication between engineering, QA, and stakeholders
    • Champion agile best practices while adapting to nuclear industry constraints

    Testing & Quality Assurance

    • Define testing strategies that ensure products meet nuclear industry standards and regulations
    • Participate in hands-on testing of new features and products
    • Coordinate user acceptance testing with nuclear facility personnel
    • Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes
    • Ensure products meet compliance requirements including 10 CFR Part 810 and export controls

    Product Delivery & Implementation

    • Manage product releases and deployment strategies for on-premise and secure cloud environments
    • Create implementation plans that account for nuclear facility constraints and outage windows
    • Develop training materials and documentation for nuclear operators
    • Support Customer Success teams during initial deployments
    • Gather post-launch feedback and iterate on product improvements

    Stakeholder & Technical Collaboration

    • Work closely with AI/ML engineers to explore new applications of artificial intelligence in nuclear operations
    • Partner with nuclear domain experts to ensure technical accuracy and operational relevance
    • Collaborate with sales teams to understand market needs and support business development
    • Present product demos and roadmaps to customers and executive leadership
    • Build relationships with nuclear industry organizations (INPO, NEI, utilities)
