Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Program delivery

Lead day to day delivery of priority SFMC development & configuration features, planning & refinement

Ensure consistency of milestones and communications to stakeholders across implementation

Bring business perspective/input to Feature and Story refinement

Drive tactical SFMC Platform thought leadership & use case/deliverable prioritization

Provide consistent communication with business delivery lead counterparts

Manage SFMC Team planning and immersions
