    Job Overview:

    Amann Girrbach North America is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Product Specialist to join our innovative team. Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our product lines, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position requires someone who is passionate about products, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned product lines, providing expert-level product knowledge and support to internal and external stakeholders.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and materials that enhance product promotion and customer engagement.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive product improvements and innovation.- Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.- Coordinate product training sessions for the sales team and customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits.- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform product development and planning.- Support the launch of new products and provide ongoing support for existing product lines.- Assist with customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.- Proven experience in a product specialist, product management, or similar role within the healthcare or dental industry.- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and market trends.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information succinctly and effectively.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
