Skills required:

\- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge within the Home Appliance and Electronic Products, both Sales, Product & Customer Care Departments.

\- Manage to enhance service expertise by reviewing service contents for products and functions and providing improvements for service contents.

\- Development, preparation and critical review of technical reports, technical documents, test procedures, user guides, installation and maintenance manuals.

Position:

\- Analyze current STG status to determine extent of missing contents for Decor

-Determine models missing from STG

-Check for content types including Error Codes, Service Guides, Exploded View, Wire Diagrams, etc.

\- Collaborate with PI Team to add missing models to STG o Prioritize models with high service demand/warranty portion

\- Review Service & Training Manuals and create content for new models prior to launch

Requirements:

\- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred

\- 2-3 years experiences in Engineering or Technical Field / Home Appliance field
