    We are seeking a Product Specialist (also known as a Solutions Consultant) to join our sales operations team and act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients. This role combines deep knowledge of our technology and services with the ability to clearly demonstrate how our technology solutions address client challenges. The Product Specialist will deliver live demos, support the sales process, and ensure clients understand the value of partnering with us.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the sales teams to understand prospect needs to design engaging product demos.
    • Deliver live presentations and demos that effectively showcase the company’s payroll and HR technology solutions and additional services.
    • Translate complex concepts into clear, client-focused value propositions.
    • Act as a technical and consultative resource during the sales cycle, answering detailed questions and providing guidance.
    • Collect feedback from prospective clients and report that to the development team to help prioritize future feature releases.
    • Participate in proof-of-concept or pilot programs to validate solutions for prospects.
    • Additional sales support and enablement duties as assigned to help the sales operations team run smoothly.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, consulting or client-facing roles (preferred experience in the HR technology or training space)
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to understand and simplify complex solutions.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, onboarding, development and customer service teams.
    • Comfort with technology troubleshooting, live demos and public speaking.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce for tracking demo activities.

    Job Type: Full time, 40 hours per week

    Location: In office in Lindon, Utah or remote in Utah, Idaho, Arizona or Wyoming.
