    Job Description

    Who You Are
You're a digital product leader who knows how to connect business strategy, user experience, and technical execution. You’ve led projects like website and web app builds end-to-end — from discovery to launch. You guide clients through product vision, ensure designs reflect the strategy, partner with developers to build it right, QA the work, and verify that everything from content to SEO and analytics is good to go. You don’t just manage timelines — you shape what gets built and why.

    Your Impact

As a Product Strategist you’ll own the product vision and drive profitable growth for Sia X’s digital experiences. You’ll guide clients through strategy, define and prioritize what gets built, and lead internal teams to execute — keeping both business needs and user outcomes at the center. You’ll be a key partner across functions, translating complexity into clarity and ensuring each product we ship is set up to perform.

    • Lead product strategy and roadmap development across multiple client engagements
    • Translate client goals into actionable actionable product requirements, testing hypothesis, and KPIs
    • Manage full lifecycle delivery using agile and waterfall frameworks
    • Use research and data to inform prioritization, UX, and optimizations
    • Drive integration of tools, analytics, and compliance features
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in both client engagements and new business

    What Success Looks Like

When you're firing on all cylinders — driving strategy, collaborating across teams, and owning delivery — here’s what strong performance looks like:

    Products That Perform

    • Product launches hit timelines, meet defined requirements, and reflect strategic vision
    • UX is intuitive, content is well-integrated, and development is clean and scalable
    • Technical SEO, analytics, privacy compliance, and integrations are seamlessly implemented
    • Post-launch iterations improve performance and are grounded in data, not guesswork

    _Team Alignment & Momentum _

    • Creative, engineering, and marketing teams are in sync with a shared understanding of product goals
    • Roadmaps and priorities are clear and evolving based on new inputs
    • AI and data solutions are being thoughtfully integrated to elevate user experience and business value
    • The internal product team is growing in capability and influence under your leadership

    _Client & Business Impact _

    • Clients trust you as a strategic partner who connects the dots between vision and execution
    • Product work contributes to client retention, upsells, and long-term partnerships
    • You’ve helped the agency win new business, earned repeat work, or supported award-worthy projects
    • Your strategic thinking is shaping how SiaX defines and delivers its product offering
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 6-8 years of experience as a growth strategist or product manager with a focus in growth at a technology company, marketing agency, or ecommerce company.
    • Market research and competitive analysis expertise.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through discovery, roadmap development, and execution across web and digital product builds
    • Strong understanding of UX principles, content strategy, and scalable front-end development
    • Highly proficient with analytics, technical SEO, privacy frameworks, and third-party integrations
    • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping direction based on client goals, user insights, and business needs
    • Skilled at client-facing work: from facilitating discovery to translating requirements into actionable plans and prioritizing trade-offs
    • Experience embedding AI or data-led features to enhance user value and business outcomes
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset — you can zoom out to guide direction and zoom in to unblock the work
    • Bachelor's degree required
