Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a Product Surveillance Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Minnetonka, MN. Candidates must have foundational knowledge or experience in post-market surveillance within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Product Surveillance Analyst job responsibilities include:
Review and classify adverse events and medically related complaints for on-market products, assessing seriousness, reportability, and potential causality.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including FDA Medical Device Reports (MDR) and reports to other competent authorities.
Support complaint handling investigations and ensure compliance with post-market surveillance procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation of product issues and regulatory submissions.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related scientific field; or an associate degree with relevant complaint handling or regulatory experience.
0–2 years of experience in post-market surveillance, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with adverse event classification, FDA MDR reporting, and regulatory compliance processes.
Ability to analyze product complaints and support documentation for regulatory submissions and internal investigations.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
