    Job Description

    Purpose

    The Product Training Manager will own the end-to-end development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our product training strategy. This role serves as a critical bridge between our product development teams and our employees, translating complex product functionality into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences. The Product Training manager will especially be responsible for ensuring our Client organizations have the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the understanding, value, and adoption of our product solutions.

    Responsibilities

    _Training Strategy & Program Development _

    • Design and implement a comprehensive training approach aligned with product roadmaps and company objectives. Develop role-based learning journeys tailored to Client Support and Client Success organizations
    • Create scalable training solutions that support global implementation and adoption.
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure training effectiveness and ROI.

    _Content Creation & Management _

    • Produce diverse training materials including interactive e-learning modules, video tutorials, hands-on workshops and quick reference guides.
    • Maintain a centralized knowledge repository ensuring learning and training content remain current with product releases.
    • Implement version control and governance processes ensuring all content reflects current product functionality.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Product, Research and Development, Professional Services and Sales teams to gain a deep understanding of product roadmaps, new features, technical specifications and go-to-market approaches.
    • Work closely with Customer Support and Customer Success to identify training needs based on customer feedback and usage patterns.
    • Engage with Marketing to align training messaging with overall product positioning.

    _Training Delivery & Facilitation _

    • Lead live training sessions both virtually and in-person for internal teams.
    • Coordinate and schedule training events aligned with product launches.
    • Facilitate interactive workshops designed to accelerate product knowledge and skills uptake.

    _Continuous Improvement & Innovation _

    • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, knowledge assessments, and usage analytics.
    • Implement improvement bases on data-driven insights and evolving best practices.
    • Research and recommend emerging learning technologies and methodologies.
    • Conduct regular training needs analyses to identify skills and knowledge gaps.
    • Create and manage a feedback loop with stakeholders to continuously refine content.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Employment Prerequisites

    • 5+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years specifically in product training or technical education.
    • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
    • Proficiency with learning management systems.
    • Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and understand complex products.
    • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven project management experience, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
    • Experience measuring training effectiveness and implementing data-driven improvements.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across departments and management levels.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with the usage of AI tools.

    Desired Competencies

    • Knowledge of the medical imaging business landscape.
    • Experience with major imaging modalities, PACS systems and radiology workflows.
    • Background in product management.
    • Experience working in SaaS or technology companies.

    The base pay for this position ranges from $82,500 USD to $110,000/year USD within any geographic market in the US. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, bonus, commission, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
