    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Analyst to support our production operations by analyzing data, assisting with performance reporting, and identifying areas for improvement. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a desire to grow within a dynamic production or manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in collecting and analyzing production data (e.g., output, downtime, efficiency).

    • Support the preparation of regular reports and performance dashboards.

    • Work with production teams to understand workflow and help identify process bottlenecks.

    • Track inventory levels, production schedules, and material usage.

    • Help investigate and document the causes of production delays or quality issues.

    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvements.

    • Provide administrative and analytical support to senior analysts and managers.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data tools such as Google Sheets or basic ERP systems is a plus.

    • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Internship or academic project experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.

    • Basic knowledge of production metrics and reporting tools.

    • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles (a plus, not required).
