POSITION OVERVIEW:

Challenger Teamwear is looking for a Production Artist to join our art and design team.

Challenger Teamwear is a leading U.S. provider specializing in custom team uniforms, apparel, and online team store solutions for schools, clubs, and organizations across the nation.

Our reputation is built on a competitive sales strategy, industry-leading custom sublimation, strong in-house brands, and key partnerships with top national brands. Our in-house design, production, and technology capabilities allow us to streamline the uniform ordering process while guaranteeing premium quality and exceptional service to every program we support.

We are looking for a Production Artist to join our art and design team!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Oversee all artwork that comes in as part of a Challenger Teamwear order. Specific responsibilities include:

Manage, organize, and maintain a large volume of customer artwork files

Collaborate closely with Sales, Printing, and Customer Service teams

Support logo design efforts and convert customer artwork into vector format that meets current industry standards

Review, verify, and prepare orders for production

Prepare vector files for both silk screen printing and direct-to-film heat seal processes

Create digital mockups for customer approval and internal reference

Carefully proof all artwork to identify and correct errors

Deliver consistent, reliable results in a fast-paced environment

Continuously learn new processes and expand your skill set

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree a plus but not required

2 years experience in Graphic Design

Strong technical proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Google Chrome, Windows 11

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

High attention to detail

Ability to multitask

Ability to manage time and prioritize work orders

Ability to effectively communicate through presentations and other written or verbal communication

Ability to develop and communicate job assignments, duties, and work schedules

Understanding of print and digital production
