Production Assembly Technician (Soldering Experience Preferred) Pay: Based on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join our team. Soldering experience is preferred but not required. This role involves assembling and preparing lighting products in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble linear strip lighting products

Assemble wire leads and harnesses according to layout drawings

Review production orders and SOPs to ensure accurate and timely assembly

Use hand tools, saws, and drills safely and effectively

Collaborate with the Production Floor Manager to complete product orders

Work with the QC Manager to identify and resolve assembly or component issues

Assist with packing and labeling products as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Organize and maintain tools and workstations

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Ability to successfully pass a background check
