We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building high-quality products as part of a growing team.

    Job Description

As a Production Assembly Technician, you will assemble commercial LED light fixtures using tools, fixtures, and written work instructions. Assemble commercial LED lighting fixtures using power tools and hand tools

Read and follow written and verbal work instructions

Work collaboratively with line members and team leads to meet daily production goals

Identify, report, and segregate defective materials or assemblies

Gather required materials and components for assigned builds

Align parts and assemble subcomponents into finished units

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

    Requirements and Skills

Strong attention to detail and quality

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures

    Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift

Core Values – The P.E.A.K. of LUX

Professionalism – In everything we do

Extreme Ownership – Own outcomes fully, individually and as a team

Always Do What Is Right – Go beyond expectations and keep commitments

Kindness – Respect others and work as one team

    401(k) with company match

    Medical, dental, and vision insurance

On-the-job training and many opportunities for advancement
